Lets add a Invoice document. Lets assume there is a Document Type named Invoices (with fields Invoice Number, Client Name, Billing Date, Due Date, Total Amount)and a Department named Sales
To add the invoice document to File-Eazy…
- Login to your File-Eazy account.
- Click the ‘Add Document’ button on the Ribbon bar (top panel)
- In the Document Type drop-down, select the Document Type as Invoices
- In the Upload Document section, click on the click here option to add a file. You can also drag and drop a file in this section. (Note: You can add only a single file)
- Enter the indexing information for the fields Invoice Number, Client Name, Billing Date, Due Date and Total Amount.
- In the Department drop-down, select the Department as Sales.
- You can also associate the Invoice to Stacks and Tags
- Click on Check In as Draft to put the Invoice for Review.
- Click on the Check In and Publish to Publish the document.
